Diagnosis of retrofitted Webasto auxiliary heaters (Articles)

To diagnose aftermarket installed Webasto auxiliary heaters, the diagnostic software from Webasto should be used:

Our existing VCDS HEX-USB+CAN diagnostic hardware can be used for this purpose.

Important: When retrofitting the heating system, it is essential to connect the diagnostic cable to the auxiliary heater control unit!
