How long do your tuned TDIs last?

Please provide the engine code (optional), the normal horsepower, the horsepower after a chip tuning, as well as the mileage with the normal engine and the mileage with the chip tuning.

But please only provide the values that were achieved with a single engine .

Engine AHF, 81 kW -> approximately 105 kW.
30,000 km without tuning.
Tuned, 79,000 km.

Engine AFN, 81 kW.
Optional auxiliary power unit (APU) --> approximately 98 kW.
Mileage so far: 32,000 km (I'm a little embarrassed), of which approximately 98% was without any modifications.

1997 Passat AFN.

Now 100,000 km without any modifications.
So far, no engine problems at 25,000 km. Catalytic converter failure (ceramic material loose).

Can a 75 HP diesel engine with tuning modifications participate in a voting process?

Without tuning: 205,000.

Passat Variant, '96, 1Z engine, K&N air filter, and EGR valve disabled, approximately 240,000 km driven so far.
In addition, it should be noted that the original cylinder head is still attached (including the gasket!!!) and the original clutch is still installed. At approximately 170,000 km, the mass airflow sensor (MAF) and the turbocharger boost control valve needed to be replaced, and at around 185,000 km, the combination instrument panel failed (at a cost of 480 DM!!!). Therefore, all current mileage readings are approximate.

Lupo 1.4 TDI PD with Speed-Buster PD, approximately 90 horsepower (originally 75 hp).
Total 43,000 km with box, approximately 1,000 km .
at 30,000 km, the valve cover is leaking (the gasket is not available separately!!!)
I'm still looking for someone who can help me with the settings for the engine control unit (it's the same one used in all 1.9 TDI PD engines)!!!

So far, 8500 km without any modifications.

Previously, I didn't enter anything in the survey to avoid skewing the results, as the mileage is still too low and there's no tuning done yet.

AFN engine in a Passat, without modifications: 95,000 km.
At 62,000 km, the catalytic converter and mass airflow sensor were replaced.

Volkswagen Golf 3 TD, 75 horsepower, AAZ engine, 212,000 km. Equipped with an aftermarket intercooler and increased boost pressure of approximately 1.0 bar, resulting in approximately 100 horsepower.

The cylinder head was replaced at 150,000 km.

Golf IV Variant, engine code AJM, standard 115 HP, 285 Nm torque. With chip tuning: 145 HP, 350 Nm torque. 1500 km driven without tuning, 29000 km driven with tuning. Only issue so far: faulty mass airflow sensor (MAF).

I drive a G4, model year 1999, with an ALH engine, a total of 66,000 km, of which 51,000 km were driven with a performance chip. Currently, it produces approximately 105 kW and 355 Nm of torque.
