AFN LMM Replacement: 2 Test Runs & Charts - Failed?

It seems like my Audi A4's engine is getting weaker and taking longer to reach its top speed. So, I thought I'd do a diagnostic test with VCDS. The results didn't look good, so I swapped the mass airflow sensor (MAF) with one from a 1.8T engine that's known to be working properly, and took another test drive. Subjectively, it feels better, especially at top speed, but the diagnostic graph still looks strange. What do you think?

The units in the screenshots taken with your strange tool are incorrect... I want to see the TDI with 900g/s.

Why don't you just post/link the VAG-COM logs? Then we could actually say something.
