Gear Ratio Calculation CEP Needed

I'm looking for the gear ratio values for each individual gear in my CEP gearbox.
possibly with a drive shaft or something like that...

'...so that I can calculate the wheel speed from the engine speed.'

CEP (01/91 - 07/96):

Rear axle ratio: 31:8.
1. 28:8
2. 34:18
3. 32:26
4. 27:31
5. 25:39

Reverse gear: 38:11

(If anyone has the formula handy to calculate...)
then calculate the corresponding wheel speed...?
