Hi,

Wouldn't it be better to achieve a higher performance increase with a larger pump instead of with larger injectors? Because if you install a pump from an 81 kW TDI engine into a 66 kW TDI engine, the engine will receive more diesel with the same injection profile, even with the same injectors. However, the injection duration shouldn't be longer, as the larger pump would have to compensate for the increased amount of fuel with a higher injection pressure. Additionally, the engine should run cleaner in this scenario.

That would also be a safer method than installing larger nozzles, as you wouldn't know for sure if they would still be compatible with the engine (in terms of combustion).
