Hello, I used Docsnydor for the tuning.
Unfortunately, it (1Z) is quite 'unstable' at idle

.
Unfortunately, your description hasn't made things any clearer for me, as I don't know how and where I should install the diodes – before or after the resistor.

And what does 'antiparallel' mean? Does that mean in series?
Okay, thank you in advance for the instructions, especially for those of us who aren't very tech-savvy.
ULF:
'Between cable 2 and cable 3, 'parallel to the pump' is correct.'
By the way, there's also the option of using two antiparallel diodes (e.g., 1N4148) in series with the (smaller) resistor, and then connecting the whole thing between pin 2 and 3.
This results in fewer/no idling problems and, based on experience, provides more power at higher RPMs, which chip tuners believe TDIs handle better than an insane torque peak around 2000 rpm.
