Hello everyone...
I've been having problems with my TDI since I bought it.
It doesn't reach its maximum speed, its acceleration is getting worse, and it struggles to start in the cold mornings.
After a lot of effort and swapping out various parts, I now suspect that one or more power distribution elements (PDEs) might be defective.
Here in this forum, I have repeatedly read about defective PDE (Power Distribution Elements) in various threads discussing this symptom.
Today, I logged the data as a precaution and was shocked to find significant differences in the cylinder values. Unfortunately, I don't know how to interpret this to determine if the injectors are faulty.
Therefore, I am turning to this forum in the hope that someone can provide me with some insights regarding my log files.
I have logged MWB 10, 13, and 18 once, and MWB 8, 10, and 13 once.
Perhaps one of you can tell me what's wrong with it...
