I still think this is the most promising lead.
I don't want to accuse you of anything, but if I were you, I would observe the amount of air bubbles, especially during cold starts, as closely as possible near the ZK (likely referring to a component or system) in both the inflow and outflow lines.
Most of the time, the simplest explanation for such problems is also the correct one.
PS: I wouldn't necessarily agree with the statement "a few are normal." While it's true that "a few don't cause any problems," I don't see a technical reason for it other than a leak. Therefore, I would like to investigate the cause of your blisters.
