Turbocharger Differences: Same Part Number?

Hello everyone,

Two weeks ago, my turbo suddenly changed its sound. Now, at a certain RPM, it sounds somewhat like a remote-controlled electric car .
Now I'm looking for a replacement, as it's likely to break down soon.

On my charger, there is the number 028145702D, and it is attached with one stud bolt to the turbo and two stud bolts to the exhaust manifold.

However, I've now found pictures in the auction house that have a "D" at the end, but they are attached with more than 3 studs on the exhaust manifold side, which doesn't fit my setup.

Is the number 028145702D not uniquely defined with regard to the attachment points?

Could it be that the third stud bolt on the exhaust manifold has come loose due to rust or other natural causes, rather than the nut on the stud bolt itself?
I've experienced something like this before, and maybe that's exactly the point here.

I believe there are 2 bolts on the turbine side and 1 bolt on the manifold side. Therefore, 2 bolts are screwed into the manifold, and 1 bolt is screwed into the turbine housing.
If the flange angle fits, then you can remove the studs, and improvise a little .

I would disassemble the chargers from the auction house before installation and carefully inspect them!
