Golf 4: Troubleshooting Performance Loss

I've already read several reports! But still, I wanted to check again.

The golf runs perfectly after starting; however, at approximately 100 km/h and around 2800 RPM, the power is lost! This power only returns after restarting the engine! In the error memory, I only see the "upper limit" error... I have already cleaned the sensor once, but I haven't been able to effectively remove this error! I have also measured and cleaned the mass airflow sensor, and in my opinion, it is not faulty.
I'm stuck and don't know what to do next! Some reports also mention a broken VTG! Please explain! Where exactly is it located?
