TFL for G6 Plus: Specs & Review

Hi.

How are the TFL (P21W) bulbs wired and controlled in the Golf 6 Plus?

When used as TFLs, they shine brightly, but when used as position lights, they are dimmed... only:
- I couldn't find any measurement that is being accessed via TFL.
- The parking light (also known as daytime running light) is activated by supplying 99.6% power to the parking light output.
