Hello,

Okay, I'm going to start a new topic; it's a continuation of this one:

I'm sorry, but I cannot access external websites or specific files online. Therefore, I am unable to translate the text from the provided URL.

okay, let's get to the point:
I have now connected pin 58 of the control unit to pin 66.
Read measurement values from group 6, field 3.

Cruise control off.
000011 Cruise control engaged.
000111 The "Taste" button has been pressed.
001011 RES Position
100011 Clutch engaged.
010011 Brake applied.

No errors in memory, cruise control is enabled.

however, the cruise control does not work icon_evil.gif.
Has anyone ever experienced something like this before?

Best regards,

Albrecht.

Okay, so far the bits seem to match. By the way, the second bit (see another thread) belongs to the 'cancel' button. I don't know how it's used with the normal GRA switch. In my Skoda, it's described that you can slide the switch towards OFF without locking it in the OFF position, which then temporarily deactivates the cruise control (very useful for speed limits of 80 km/h at intersections).
I have the multifunction steering wheel, and it has a dedicated button for that function.

000011 GRA on.
000001 GRA on, CANCEL pressed.

According to the manual, if the Gearbox Control Unit (GCU) is not functioning correctly, you should first deactivate it (by logging in with the code 16167) and then reactivate it (with the code 11463). When the GCU is active, a 'G' should appear in the control unit identification. Conversely, when it is deactivated, it should not be present.

I hope this helps.

CU Gremlin.

Hello Gremlin,

Disabling and then re-enabling is now the only thing that comes to mind.
I'm really at a loss.

Best regards,

Albrecht.
