Go to "Applications" in the main VCDS screen, and then select "Control Unit Map".

Enter the control unit address (e.g., 01 for the engine control unit) and select whether you want to scan measurement blocks or adjustment channels.

The created .pla or .plb files can then be found in the "Logs" subdirectory of the VCDS installation directory.
