I have a Golf V GTI with a 2.0 engine. BWA, is it normal for pressure to escape from the crankcase ventilation system after the engine is turned off?

For your information, this is what a faulty crankcase ventilation system sounds like. With the new valve installed, the whistling noise is gone.
