Audi A4, A5, A6, A7, Q5, Q7 3.0 TDI, Oil in the vacuum system (Solution)

In certain vehicles with 3.0 TDI engines from the 2012 to 2013 model years, oil may enter the vacuum system, which can, in the medium term, damage the membranes in the brake booster (Caution: in the event of a fault, this may result in reduced braking performance).

Troubleshooting: Installing a vacuum line with a check valve.
The brake booster should be checked for oil leaks.
