Decode/remove Pace Car flashing on Golf VII

Hi!

I received a request to remove the flashing light feature from a Volkswagen Golf VII because the technical inspection (TÜV) doesn't approve of it.
I am aware that for lamps 16 and 17, I need to select the "Blinking L/R Bright Phase" option for light function A.
I'm not familiar with the other settings or their original values, and I don't know where to find them.
Does anyone know of a resource that explains how different settings should be configured (e.g., light function B, dimming value AB/CD, light control HD AB, light functions C and D, dimming direction CD)?

The car was acquired in the usual way.
The customer has now informed me that the Start/Stop function was deactivated using Carly and he would like it to be reactivated. Can you tell me which coding is required for this?

Okay, I have good news. There was a communication misunderstanding with the customer: it turned out that the issue was only with the "pace car" flashing when using the hazard lights, which is relatively easy to reprogram. The normal turn signal was still activated when turning.

I also immediately activated the Start-Stop system, which isn't a major issue either.
