Not at all.

You can only estimate the performance based on data logs about the speed (or using a stopwatch) during the Ulfschen endurance test.
Some MSTGs also include measurement blocks that estimate the current torque of the motor based on data from the control unit.
You can also calculate an estimated performance value from that.

If you want a measurement instead of an estimate, then tough luck. There is no sensor to measure the force acting on the clutch.
