Cleaning LMM with Ultrasonic Cleaner: Guide

Has anyone ever tried cleaning an LMM (likely referring to a Large Language Model) in an ultrasonic cleaner?
I think that if you only submerge the sensor part, it shouldn't cause any damage.

I would be cautious. I don't know the dimensions of the film strip, but ultrasonic cleaners can be quite aggressive and may dislodge particles from the surface. It's important to proceed with care. If you do use one, only submerge it briefly.

It's better to use brake cleaner, acetone, etc.'
