Very early fuel injection start

Hello everyone,
The injection start of my 1Z engine, manufactured in 03/94, is very close to the lower tolerance limit: [/img][url][/url]

The lower line indicates the start of the injection.

Please also refer to the cautionary text 'within spec. but RETARDED'.

Okay... so, I would need to adjust the fuel injection timing to be earlier, if that's possible. Is that possible?
