Cold start problem 2.5 TDI V6

The diesel fuel pump in my A4 Avant 2.5 TDI (manufactured in 12/99, 187,000 km) needs to be replaced.
installed from a Passat with the same engine. 'Previously, the pump was...'
at the Bosch service center for overhaul and adjustment.

Since then, the vehicle only starts after several attempts, especially if it has been idle for a while.
more than 10 hours, for example, in the morning.

The copper seals on both sides of the pump were replaced. The error.
The memory shows no data. This error didn't occur on the Passat before.

Does anyone have any ideas about where we could look?
