Tuning Sequences: What's Next?

Now, I have a technical question.
My 110 hp (chip-tuned to 136 hp) TDI received a new MAF sensor because the oil from the sports air filter was causing problems. Since switching back to original parts, my car is only producing excessive smoke, idling roughly, and consuming a lot of fuel.
I'm checking the air pressure, EGR, and turbocharger pressure control valve. Do you have any other helpful suggestions for me?
