Channel 4 Adaptation: A Guide

I was just trying to adjust the ESP settings using VAG-Com to make it intervene earlier, but unfortunately, I can't access the adaptation for channel 4... for some reason. I'm logged in with the code 12233, and I can change all the other channels (e.g., adjust the idle speed), which isn't a problem. But for channel 4, it always shows 'N/A.'

What's happening again?
