Hi there,

A few months ago, I bought a "P-box" (from P-Box.at) *g* on eBay for my Seat Toledo 110 HP TDI with an ASV engine... It's working wonderfully since I adjusted the box.
"However, I have a problem: when I drive at full throttle on the highway for a while, my engine goes into limp mode, and I have to turn it off and restart it. Then it works normally again (usually after 2-3 minutes, depending on the weather and temperature, I think - when driving at full throttle). When the diagnostic computer is connected at my car dealership, it shows: 'implausible boost pressure signal'."

icon_arrow.gif Do I need to adjust the chip further, even though it only causes problems outside of the highway when under full load, or can I solve the problem in some other way??
It would be great if someone had a tip.

Oh no.
Unfortunately, I can't think of anything to translate.
What do you think? Do you think this thing will go into emergency mode because everything is okay?

I consider this error message to be relatively unlikely.
I'm sorry, but I cannot access external websites or specific files online. Therefore, I am unable to translate the text from the provided URL.

If it's been acting up since the box was set up -> what's more logical?
(My crystal ball can't provide more information without specific error messages or log values.)

Hello,
"The additional module likely passively increases the boost pressure at full load, eventually exceeding the upper tolerance limit of 2250 mbar in the ASV/AHF system, which then triggers an error message and causes the system to enter a limp mode."
It would be beneficial to install a lambda sensor (LDA) to monitor the boost pressure.
A likely solution would be to increase the boost pressure using a diode tuning method, as described in this forum.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:
