Turbo gear ESC EVP

Good evening everyone,
Since I am not a professional, but try to understand things with expertise because the workshop hasn't been able to do it yet, here is my task:
For the G300 td, manufactured in 8/96, with engine type 606.
Here's what happens: After starting, the ESC light illuminates, and then the Bolide runs, but without turbo (the turbo doesn't engage).
Sometimes the EVP light still illuminates, but the speedometer doesn't work, and the automatic system doesn't function. However, I can "push through" this error so that the functions can run again.
Error reading was unsuccessful at my (Chrysler)Daimler workshop.
