Hello,

does anyone perhaps have a manual at hand for the timing belt replacement on the AJM?
I've already done it on an AFN, it should be almost identical to the one without the ESP, right?
Why is everyone talking about adjusting the PD elements?

[Translating...]Bei dem AJM gibts nichts nach zu stellen an den PD Elementen, aber Du brauchst unbedingt den Kurbelwellenstopp als Spezialwerkzeug. Mache sollen es allerdings ohne gemacht haben, aber ich würde das nie riskieren.

Warum wird überall vom Nachjustieren der PD-Elemente gesprochen?

Das kannst Du im Vorfeld über die Leerlaufruheregelung testen, bzw prüfen/kontrollieren. Wenn die Werte im Soll liegen, also nicht zu stark voneinander abweichen, ist es ok. Optimum wäre, wenn alle um die +/- 0 liegen würden.

Das nachstellen/einstellen (Grundeinstellung) kann bei allen PDE's gemacht werden. Auch beim AJM icon_wink.gif Es ist nichts anderes, als den 'Förderbeginn', Spritzbeginn einzustellen bzw die Grundeinstellung der PDE's durchführen. Eine gute Anleitung dazu ist im Board zu finden icon_wink.gif
