Audi 80 B4: Error Codes & Adaptation

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a valid login for STG 8A0 907 401 B or 0 281 001 185.
Unfortunately, the logins "12233" or "26262" are not working.

2) If so, what adaptation channels does this ECU have?

3) What does this error code mean (it appears multiple times in the log)?
00000 - End of Output

Regardless of which tester is used (Bosch, Gutmann, etc.).

4) This error with the specific subgroup "Signal to high" is not documented in the repair manual; it only mentions what to do for implausible values.
01242 - Output Stages in Control Module
06-10 - Signal too high - Intermittent.

Since you say this occurs with every tester, either Rainer's suggestion is correct, or the control unit is defective. Furthermore, as usual, it's questionable why you need a login to resolve your problem...

Is that a 1993 model with 184 Nm of torque? As far as I know, there's no adaptation needed for that. What exactly do you want to adapt?

I think my control unit is really broken! I couldn't access it for the first time today, and there was no response! It was working perfectly fine yesterday!

Hi everyone!

Regarding the AI multi-USB adapter, it can also be connected directly via USB without requiring any software to convert it to a COM port.

I need to test this more thoroughly, but I'll report back later!

The direct connection using the AI MultiScan USB driver works perfectly, and it also enables smoother operation with VAG-COM. --> Blocking is almost non-existent now!
