PDE Failure: Troubleshooting & Repair

Hello, I have a question about my Passat 1.9 TDI, year 2001, engine code AWX.
"It's not pulling properly; it's had a chip installed for 70,000 km."
It used to run really well, but it's been stuttering lately.
It seems to happen a bit at higher RPMs, maybe around 1800 RPM.
It's also only running at around 190 [units/speed], and it needs quite a while to reach that.
The mass airflow sensor (MAF) and the boost pressure sensor were replaced approximately 15,000 kilometers ago.
I've searched here in the forum, and now I'm guessing it's about the PDE.
I read that you can access this information using VCDS in measuring block 13.
(if I've understood that correctly).
In the fields, it shows "idle" for me.

0.3mg/R -0.5mg/R -1.5mg/R 1.7mg/R

Can you draw any conclusions from this?

I don't really know anything about VAGcom, and my technical understanding is limited.
It seems that the problem also affected the 2 Series Golf.
Therefore, I would be grateful for any answers and tips.
