Enjoy your meal.

My AJM is now due for a glow plug replacement. The starting behavior isn't optimal; it cranks for quite a while. What kind of spark plugs should I buy, or which ones would you recommend?
(Ideally, a model name or similar.)

Hello,
First, I would make sure (if you haven't already) that it's actually the spark plugs. I've often heard and also experienced myself that when the spark plugs need to be replaced, the engine starts, but runs roughly for the first few seconds. There are many possible causes for the "rough idling." I wouldn't just replace the spark plugs without further investigation, hoping it will fix the problem. You don't mention anything about measuring the candles or how many were broken.

Brand doesn't really matter to me, as long as it's a reputable manufacturer and specifically designed for your vehicle. I would mainly focus on the price. Here's another interesting article on this topic:
Okay, I'm ready. Please provide the German text you want me to translate.

Obviously, the word 'orgeln' can have two different meanings. I actually meant an uneven engine running, which only occurs shortly after starting.

Thank you for the response.

I only knew/knew engines as things that took a long time to start; the starter motor had to turn for a long time.

Let's measure the candles anyway...
