Spark plug question

My AJM is now due for a glow plug replacement. The starting behavior isn't optimal; it cranks for quite a while. What kind of spark plugs should I buy, or which ones would you recommend?
(Ideally, a model name or similar.)

I've often heard and also experienced myself that when the spark plugs need to be replaced, the engine starts, but runs roughly for the first few seconds. There are many possible causes for the "rough idling." I wouldn't just replace the spark plugs without further investigation, hoping it will fix the problem. You don't mention anything about measuring the candles or how many were broken.
