Chip Socketing: DIY Guide & Tips

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who has the equipment, experience, and willingness to install a chip in my MSG.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:

"This is the message from an AFN."
Of course, this results in a "reimbursement" or "expense allowance" .

Regards,
Jens.

Edit: For forum search (and for dieselmartin).

Vehicle registration number, year of manufacture: 1997.
MSA15
VW ET number: 028 906 021 GL
Bosch part number: 0 281 001 655/656.
Soldering a chip to an EEPROM socket.

Quote:

It is the MSG from an AFN.

So, it's an MSA15.

(I added it once, so that the search finds the great pictures
