Hello everyone, I would like to bring the following problem to your attention.
A6, 2.5L AKN engine, manufactured in 1997, with a retrofitted DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).

Symptoms:
When operating at full load, the vehicle enters emergency mode.
Error memory:
Intake manifold pressure sensor, limit exceeded.
Cause:
0.5 bar too much boost pressure (2.5 bar instead of 2.0 bar).
checked:
> Turbocharger with connecting rods, MiniVac, in good condition.
> AGR valve with Minivac, in good working order.
Connections/hoses of solenoid valves checked, all OK.
Parts replaced:
> Intake manifold pressure sensor.
> Turbocharger solenoid valve.
> Solenoid valve, diverter valve, throttle valve.

After replacing the parts, I'm now a bit at a loss! My last guess is that the bypass valve might be defective. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Which bypass valve?

If you're referring to the wastegate on the turbocharger, you'll have to look for a while.
The AKN has a VTG loader, so it's perfectly compatible.

But what does it mean:

Did you simply force the rod against its limit with 0 bar pressure, or did you also check to see if it moves smoothly and evenly, without any sticking or resistance?

... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

It's easy to move, and I've even tested it with a screwdriver. Something else that might be the problem is the DPF, as it could be causing backpressure. I don't want to jump to conclusions about the turbo just yet!

Oh yeah.
To get the error to disappear, or to get it out of "limp mode," you don't even need to turn the ignition off and on. Just shift up a gear and wait a bit until it regains its full power. Then, it might work again for a short time.
