Bora (2000s): Faulty Ignition Coil Issues

Hello, the engine control unit (ECU) in a 2000s Bora TDI PD with 225,500 km is malfunctioning. The engine code will follow!
Initially, all the lights would flicker off for about 1 second, and then, after a while, regardless of whether the car was cold, warm, moving, or stationary, they would flicker off again for 1 second.
The daily mileage counter always resets to 0 km. At some point, the instrument cluster suddenly stopped working for longer than 5 minutes, and nothing was displayed. He turned off the car. Later, when the instrument cluster wasn't working, the car wouldn't start, as the WFS (likely referring to a vehicle function system) is integrated into the instrument cluster.
Until randomly, without doing anything, the AI started working again; it restarted, BUT the total mileage display shows "DEF". Later, while driving, suddenly the total mileage display showed "000000 km" !

AI is still glitching. Currently checked:

Cables checked, connectors inspected, grounding contacts verified, control unit (KI) forcefully reset, and the KI was disassembled. The connectors on the KI were resoldered, and the error memory of the KI was read – NO ERRORS. However, none of this helped! The KI intermittently shuts off for a few seconds and then returns to normal, regardless of whether the vehicle is moving or stationary.

Does anyone else experience this problem?
How can I reset the mileage display to its previous value? I know that you can set the mileage to a maximum of 100 km.

This is not uncommon. It's usually processor damage. The only solution is to replace it.
