"There's no prescribed replacement interval for fuel injectors, but after 250,000 km, you should definitely consider replacing the original injectors. It's likely that the spray pattern of your injectors is no longer optimal, or that one or more injectors are dripping. A rough engine running is a sign of incorrect combustion, and the injectors play a significant role in that."
Personally, I believe that the nozzles should last approximately 150,000 - 180,000 kilometers.
