Can anyone recommend a supplier for a 5-liter (or larger) container of cold cleaner?

Just try contacting the distribution centers of the manufacturers or distribution companies.
"Some time ago, we had to clean some machine tools that were quite dirty and consumed a significant amount of cold cleaner. However, I would recommend testing the selected product beforehand to see if it's truly suitable for your specific type of grime. We had some unsatisfactory experiences with certain products; either the application was almost dangerous, or the product hardly worked at all..."
The products from company S...X have proven to be highly effective and require little manpower for handling our waste.
