Since I'm about to rack up quite a few kilometers and both my VR and the G60 consume a fair amount of fuel for that,
I am currently looking for a small diesel.

It is highly likely that it will be a Golf or Ibiza with a 1.9-liter 1Z or AFN engine.
Why? I like the simplicity of cars and I have a huge parts warehouse for them.

But since the device is already quite powerful, this original version doesn't really make a difference.
I still have quite a few things left over from old projects, such as 0.216 inch nozzles from the ACV.

Renovations and renovations are not a problem at all.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any address for a good TDI tuning service (My husband, who I trust, only works on Benz cars).
And unfortunately, Google also doesn't reveal much to me except for 10-cent tuning, holes in hoses for the fuel pump, and powerboxes.

Where do you go these days if you want a reliable TDI tuning?

Honest answer: You can't take a car this old anywhere for tuning. icon_idea.gif The mileage on a car this old is usually so high that you're just happy if it still runs.

Why don't you just look for previous versions of your question here in the forum? There's a lot of reading material there (about why, why, and how) that you don't have to repeat every time...

Also: The ACV does not have 0.216 inch nozzles.

Best regards, Rainer

Unfortunately, I haven't really found what I was looking for here in the forum.
There are indeed some reports and so on. Unfortunately, some addresses no longer exist or the parts are only available for original engines.
And as already mentioned, I really like the old mills.

I still have the nozzles here.
074 130 202 P and
074 130 201 C
I had bought those a very long time ago for an AFN, and I thought they were 0.216 inch.

If the vehicle needs to be as affordable as possible in an acceptable area of use, I would recommend an AXR (1.9 TDI PD with EU4) with as few miles as possible.
