Audi A3 8L engine misfire - MKB AVU

The car jerks during acceleration and runs below the idle speed when idling. When the mass airflow sensor is disconnected, the jerking is almost gone. The fuel filter was recently replaced. The error related to the fuel tank ventilation valve (N80), which was caused by a leak, has now been resolved.

What continues to worry me is the obvious overpressure in the cylinder head. When the engine is running, the oil filler cap does not get sucked in, but rather hovers almost above the opening.

The fuel metering system error for bank 1 persists. What else could it be besides the mass airflow sensor?

That's normal. The cooling system ventilation is connected to the central ventilation system. Where should the vacuum come from?

Since neither I nor my neighbor had time to further investigate the problem, it was taken to the Audi service center.

After replacing the ignition coil and spark plug wires, the cause of the problem is obviously resolved.

I don't understand why a misfire on one cylinder would cause the engine to run lean.

If the problem was with the ignition system, the engine would have had to run unevenly, or the corresponding cylinder would have been noticeably misfiring, as I recently experienced with a Lupo with an AUC engine. In addition, the throttle body was clogged with carbon deposits.
