Temperature Sensor: Buy Online Now

'I have a question. I received some polished pipes from a friend that I want to install. These are the pipes for the intake and outlet of the intercooler. However, yesterday I noticed that something is installed in the lower pipe, and I think it's a temperature sensor for the intake air. So, my question is: do you know if this sensor absolutely has to be in this specific location, or can I move it? I can take a picture of it tonight if needed to describe it more precisely.'

Hello HATL,

The location of the sensor is, in my opinion, not critical as long as it's roughly correct; a difference of plus or minus 5°C in the intake air temperature won't cause any problems.
