I'd also like to install a GPS tracker in my car, so I hope someone here has already done it and can tell me where the connection point is located on my car.
I know it's supposed to be in the left footwell, but I still can't find it. Does anyone perhaps know exactly where it should be?

I understand that this doesn't apply to most 80s models, but...
According to the key here, this is where it should go on my car.

For manual transmission vehicles with chassis number: wauzzz8czra128401.
The 'r' after the 'z' indicates the year of manufacture: 94 (s = 95, t = 96, etc.).
After the letter 'a', a larger number is acceptable, and after the letter 'b', it's definitely okay.

That's why I hope someone can help me with this.

As I mentioned before, information about the location of the connector and what the plug looks like would be helpful.

Okay, I looked at the EZ system, but I didn't find a relay panel as large as the one in the Golf or Passat. I have no idea where the connection should be, so I think I'll go to another Audi dealer.

Okay, I also have a B4 TDI and wanted to retrofit a GRA (Gas Recirculation System). Unfortunately, my car from 02/1993 is already too old .
AND: I found out back then that with the B4 model, the cables to the control unit have to be disconnected first!
