T4 Injectors: Buy Online & Save!

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any idea where the 216 injectors are used (in T4 engines with 75kW or 111kW)?
'both?). The background is that I have a 75kW T4 model year 2000 sitting there, from...'
I'd like to remove the injectors to test them, possibly in a Passat AFN/automatic.
to test it on my wife. I'd be curious to see how the car performs.

According to VW-Erwin, the opening pressure of the injectors is the same for both power outputs!

Does anyone know what the orifice diameter of the injectors is for the 75kW T4 engine (ACV)?

It is in the order of 1Z.
The AFN engine produces a healthy 90 horsepower (although it might produce a bit more soot...).

And what about the injectors for the 103kW Audi A6 TDI (AEL)?

I'm not 100% sure, but are these 0.216-inch valves for a 5-cylinder engine?!
