hi everyone,
I have a question regarding experiences with refurbished fuel injectors.
Last week, I took my fuel injectors to the Bosch service center for an overhaul after they had been in use for 160,000 km. They found that the injection pressure was 180 bar (the target is 190 bar) and offered to readjust the injectors, which I then had them do.
Since the injectors were reinstalled, I can no longer reach the maximum speed.
'Now, I'm using about 1 liter more fuel every 100 kilometers.'
The demand for nail services has increased significantly.
I've also tried centering the fuel injectors in their guides on the cylinder head, but it didn't reduce the noise.
Can the guys at Bosch actually calibrate two-stage injectors?
Is it possible that the injection pressure of the second stage is not correct, since they can only check and adjust the first stage?
P.S. He finally passed the exam, he doesn't smoke anymore

, but he also doesn't have much energy anymore
