PSI Powerbox: Powerful Performance Booster

Hello!

I recently bought a used PSI Powerbox PB 200004! Unfortunately, there was no parts approval certificate (Teilegutachten) included. There is a parts approval certificate for my A4, but I haven't been able to find it online. Perhaps someone here also has this box and could send me the certificate, or knows where I can download it.
