Well, I don't really see much value in this restriction... But whatever, it's just strange when you're dealing with 'old' 130 horsepower vehicles, even though you could definitely go faster...
One has to accept it, I'm only really going fast occasionally anyway, ah no, that won't work at 207 (220 according to the speedometer), that's the end...
