I am 99.9% sure that the WFS3 AI systems have a Comfort-CAN. Perhaps your comfort control unit doesn't yet have a CAN bus, and therefore the AI has nothing to communicate with it

If the AI is connected to the desk, the Comfort-CAN might not automatically start sending data. However, simply sending a message on the CAN bus should initiate it. Nothing should break, except perhaps some error codes might appear.
