Okay, today was the day – the parts for the control system finally arrived.
Boost pressure control valve and check valve... I also got some more hoses and T-pieces.
The connection was simple, and it works with the old control unit.
The programming won't be finished until Tuesday, but at least the turbocharger now has significantly more boost and it builds up to approximately 0.9 - 1 bar at 2,800 RPM.
I read in this forum that the vacuum should pull the rod of the turbocharger even at idle. However, that's not happening. When I give it a little gas, the rod does move, but I think something is still not quite right. Does anyone know more about this?
Greetings and have a wonderful weekend.
Andreas.
