AHF Tdi. Value of the initial injection start?

I have a supposed original engine control unit (ECU) with part number 038906018BM for my AHF engine.

At org. VW Test 1552 shows the following in measurement block 4.

Injection start time:
Target: 1.9 seconds before OT (Overhead Time)
Actual: 1.7 to 2.2 seconds before OT.


Is this the original value of the AHF?

What do you mean by "original value at the start of injection" ?

The fuel injection start value depends on the engine temperature, fuel injection amount, and engine speed.
The value is normal for idle speed when the engine is at operating temperature.

Would you like to check if the calibration data in the engine control unit (ECU) is still original, or if the ECU may have been modified or tuned? Then, perform a test run at full load, for example, using the MWB 4 8 11 setting.

Okay, the reading is displayed when the engine is warm and the car is idling.



A colleague has a Bora with the same engine, but his shows a fixed value of 1.3 bar for the target value (of the fuel pressure). His idle speed is 900 RPM, while mine is 920 RPM.

Then, the injection should start earlier for me.

Can I leave it like this? Does nothing break?
