Hello everyone.

Today, I changed the following due to persistent error messages:

- Pressure sensor for ATL (turbocharger control valve).
- Fuel temperature sensor.
- div. Vacuum hoses.

I noticed that when the vacuum reservoir is in use, it seems like 'leakage air' is being drawn in near the bottom of the hose connector. Is this normal? And if not, what would be the consequences?

After all the tinkering, I took it for a test drive. The log file is available here in XLS format:

I am sorry, but I cannot access external websites or specific files from the internet. Therefore, I am unable to translate the text from the provided URL.

There is also a log available when the device is activated, if there is interest. Would you be so kind as to take a look at it and perhaps leave a comment if you notice anything wrong?

Thank you all.

No, that shouldn't be the case - and the consequence of insufficient vacuum is too low.

No, thank you. I couldn't really picture that working. I guess I'll have to find a new container. Let's see what VW wants for such a flimsy plastic hollow sphere.

The valve probably got stuck when you were disconnecting the hose. It only costs a few euros.

It can be prevented by making a lengthwise slit in the hose at these points (before disassembly).

'That's right, VW wants to see 8 euros for it. Unfortunately, they were out of stock again, so the part won't arrive until Tuesday. In the meantime, I've temporarily sealed the hole.' At least, no bubbles appear when they are put under pressure and placed in a water bath.

Okay, thanks for the information so far. Is there anything else you can tell me about the log?
