B-pillar rubber squeaks

Symptom:

When maneuvering the vehicle, for example, driving over speed bumps, there is a "soft" creaking sound coming from the B-pillars. The sound could also be described as a "moaning".
It sounds like rubbing against an inflated balloon.

Reversibility
This can be simulated by pressing against the B-pillar trim of one of the doors:

Cause / Background
Blame the rubber seals on the rear doors, which are designed to fit behind/under the front doors. These gummy bears are a good development in themselves, because the air flowing past the car can no longer be stirred up by the gap between the doors.

The gasket is a loose seal that can be pushed further under the front door when pressure is applied.

Unfortunately, the front doors "polish" the rubber seals, so that the black pillar trim can stick to the rubber. The friction caused by the resulting contact creates the "creaking" sound when the doors move against each other. The outline of the front door is clearly visible as a vertical line.

Solution
Short-term, usually only lasting 24 hours, the application of a rubber protectant helped. As soon as the greasy effect had dried or been washed away, the creaking was back.

To permanently prevent the door from sticking to the rubber, I cleaned it with a 3M metal polishing cloth. Alternatively, a wet cleaning sponge (which also has this 3M fleece) will also work. The rubber is now rough and slides silently along the door when the two parts move against each other.

Edit Admin: Additional Tip: Baby powder (talc) can be applied thinly, for example, with a cloth, to the door seal.
Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.
