Here's the translation:
"I have a problem: I converted my van with a 1.9L TDI engine (MBK AFN)."
Now that everything is ready and I want to start it, it won't start. I then used VAG-COM to read the engine control unit and immobilizer, and lo and behold, it found two errors.
Error 1.
VAG-COM version: DRV 311.3-S.
Control unit part number: 1H0 953 257 B.
Component and/or version: IMMO VWZ3Z0V4372023 V00.
Encoding: 09600
Workshop code: WSC 00000
"One error found:"
01176 - Key
65-10 - unauthorized - occasional.
and error 2.
VAG-COM version: DRV 311.3-S.
Control unit part number: 028 906 021 GH.
Component and/or version: 1.9L R4 EDC G60SG MOZZ
Encoding: 00002
Workshop code: WSC 01269.
"One error found:"
17978 - Engine control unit locked.
P1570 - 35-00 - -
Can someone here possibly help me or tell me how to troubleshoot this? I've already tried everything with VAG-COM.
Okay, so all the parts come from a single vehicle.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Michael

Here's a concise translation:
In short: The immobilizer is active. With the version of VCDS you are using, pairing new keys will be problematic. Try clearing the learned values in the engine control unit and deleting all memory data. Then try again. However, systems from the WFS Generation I always require login. If you don't have that, it will be difficult.

"That's probably my problem. How do I clear everything from the control unit? Because I don't have a function to read and erase all memory; I can only read the control unit, then go to error codes, and it immediately shows that my engine control unit is locked. And even when I try to clear the errors, they reappear. Maybe I need a different VAG version or something. I currently have versions 311 and 303 on my computer."

Hi,
I haven't heard anything good about the 311. A full version is necessary for adaptations. For immobilizer type I, you also need the login code. Without these two things, it will be difficult.
PS: Did you know that the engine control unit is no longer a standard part?

I already have the full version here; I've licensed and have free access to both versions. I don't have the login code, which is correct. Why shouldn't my control unit still be in its original state?

I'm not talking about cracked versions. If you have a 'legitimate' 3xx series card, update it with the seller to a slightly newer 409.
I don't have the login code, and that is correct.
Then it might become difficult .
why shouldn't my engine control unit be in its original series configuration anymore?
Because it is even branded.

This here would also worry me.
Ideally, there's an adaptation value that has been manipulated (normally, it shouldn't be).
00 to be; for example, 20 means that the idle speed has been adjusted.
Regarding your actual problem.
"Key not authorized" - occasionally, the problem may also be with the reading coil.
Take a look at the measurement blocks of the WFS (this should also be possible with version 3.11).
The error in the MSTG is just a consequential error.
