A friend of mine recently bought an A3 TDI. According to the previous owner, the fuel injection pump was removed and the potentiometer was adjusted.
Now, in effect, it's the same as 10 cent tuning? It doesn't rust strongly, has an original 90 hp engine, and now, according to the dyno, has 118 hp.

Now, what exactly was messed up (potentiometer) ??
Hi
"If there is a pump with HDK sensor, then such an increase would not be possible without a flashing indicator light and/or severe jerking in the partial load range --> Technical article on RWG."
I don't know how the older type of power connectors (round instead of oval, 7-pin connectors) work.
