Hi,
Your serial number is valid.
Okay, so it works like this: KPerformance can't be started directly, but rather through the "Plugins" button in VCDS. So, you go to the measuring blocks and find the speed reading, then click on "Plugins" and then select KPerformance (for TDI engines, it's usually found in measuring block 6).
The operation is actually quite straightforward: just enter the area you want to measure and press "Start." Then, when the light turns green, proceed.
When using KPower (launched via the Windows Start menu), it's best to press the 'F1' key; a window containing the user manual will then appear.
KDataScope can also be opened through the Windows Start menu.
I almost forgot about Kfuel; it's not mentioned in the product description, but you can use it to conduct fuel consumption experiments. The setup is similar to KPerformance, but you need the instantaneous fuel consumption rate (in liters per hour) as a measurable value (for TDI, I believe it's measurement block 15, and speed is likely measurement 6).
Best regards, Rainer.
