Hello everyone,
I've been searching for a while now, but I haven't found what I'm looking for yet.

I've read in some forum posts that if something seems unclear, one should perform a comparison between two engines of the same design.

Unfortunately, I don't have a second AVF available for comparison right now.

Background:
I've only recently started driving a diesel car, and now I've finally managed to do a test drive using VCDS.

"I noticed that, especially in the lower RPM range (up to 1800 RPM), the difference between the desired and actual boost pressure is significant during acceleration, and the control system seems to have a certain amount of lag (see attachment)."

I would like to have this behavior evaluated and compared with your own measurements.

The question I have is whether everything is normal with the engine, or if there's something to be concerned about.

Thank you in advance.
Okay.

Except for the fact that it's once again a useless log, everything looks normal. icon_lol.gif

Please read Ulf's instructions on how to log data. Pointless pressing of the accelerator pedal achieves nothing.

Best regards, Rainer.
